Employees had to export an Excel file from Zoho CRM, go through each customer file and analyze whether the details of the file matched the LinkedIn account associated with that customer.

If the information was no longer current, they had to refresh the information in Excel. But not only that: they also had to create a new contact in Microsoft Dynamics, and transfer the relevant information points from the Excel file to the new CRM.
